Getting to Tuscany (Chianti Region)

From Florence to Castelfranco Piandiscò, independent arrival by car, about 1 hour. The route took us through gentle hills, past sprawling vineyards and through charming little villages full of typical Tuscan charm. A peaceful, authentic spot, embedded in dreamy scenery.

Quiet and secluded, ideal for relaxing away from the crowds. €123 a night, good value for money. Beautiful view and a relaxed atmosphere, the perfect place to switch off, delicious food at the hotel's own restaurant, pool and lovely walking paths.

Verdict: We arrived already in the morning and spent the whole day at the property, the perfect place to recharge. Whether relaxing by the pool, going for walks or enjoying authentic Italian cuisine at the restaurant, this is a wonderful place to unwind.

Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, a perfect retreat for nature lovers with a good base for day trips to Florence, Siena or San Gimignano. €160 a night, very good value for money. Beautiful estate with authentic Tuscan charm, quiet location amid nature, wine tasting with tasty snacks, good restaurant with regional specialties, option to buy the estate's own wine and olive oil on site.

Verdict: A dreamy place for anyone wanting to experience the real Tuscan feeling. The combination of nature, culinary pleasure and excellent wine makes the stay special.
